TITLE of a 1930s movie where two people pretend to be married and go through a fake divorce?

There is a black and white comedy movie (it might be British) where a
man and a woman pretend to be married and then go to court to get a
divorce. In the end they realize that they really do want to get
married (to the surprise of the judge and jury).
